This design and construct project for PICA Group delivered a contemporary commercial office space within an existing industrial precinct. The works included the construction of a new mezzanine level within a repurposed warehouse, providing additional workspace while retaining the building’s original character.
The fit out involved a complete reconfiguration of layouts, new walls and ceilings throughout, and integration of all essential services. Custom joinery, flooring, and high-quality finishes were incorporated to create a professional, functional, and cohesive workspace tailored to the client’s operational needs.
